Qualifications:
1. At least 16 years of age.
2. At least one year’s experience as a camper at Camp Greenwood..
3. Able to work as part of a team and to follow instructions.
4. Possess a growing faith in Jesus Christ and able to share that faith with
others.
5. Enjoy working with children and youth.
6. Good physical health, neat and clean in practice and appearance.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in interpreting the Christian faith to campers through
living and learning
experiences.
2. Help each camper adjust to and grow in the Christian camp atmosphere.
3. Assist in leading programs and general camp activities.
4. Assist with food preparation, service, and clean-up.
5. Assist with camp maintenance as needed.
6. Assist the lifeguard as needed.
7. Assist in other leadership capacities as requested, under the direct
supervision of
an adult.
Remuneration & Cost:
1. There is no pay for this position, though housing (in cabins with
campers), laundry
facilities, meals and snacks are provided.
2. CIT’s pay ½ of the regular camp price for the session they are on staff and
will
receive individualized training during the week.
